We conduct factory audits including: business license verification, production capacity assessment, quality management system review, and reference checks from previous buyers. For large orders, we can arrange independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.).
Quality is verified at three stages: (1) sample evaluation before production, (2) during-production checks for larger orders, and (3) pre-shipment inspection before the goods leave the factory. We inspect against your specifications — dimensions, materials, functionality, packaging, and labeling.
If our pre-shipment inspection identifies quality issues, we work with the factory to correct them before shipping. We never ship products that fail inspection. In the rare case that issues are discovered after delivery, we'll help you negotiate a resolution with the supplier.
